I. Bible Exhortation:

“No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” – 1 Corinthians 10:13¹ (NIV)

Exhortation: Beloved, know that the struggle against lust is a common battle. You are not alone. God, in His faithfulness, promises not to allow you to be tempted beyond your ability to resist. He provides a way of escape. Therefore, take courage, knowing that victory is possible through Him. Seek His strength and rely on His provision to break free from the chains that bind you.

II. Bible Confession:

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4:13 (NKJV)

Confession: Heavenly Father, I declare in the name of Jesus that I can overcome the spirit of lust. Your Word says that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I confess that I have the power through Christ to break free from every evil chain of lust that seeks to hold me captive. I am more than a conqueror through Him who loved me.

3. Father, let Your fire consume every root of lust in my heart, in the name of Jesus.
4. I break every covenant and agreement I have made with the spirit of lust, in Jesus’ name.
5. Let the blood of Jesus cleanse me from every defilement caused by lust, in Jesus’ name.
