Exhortation:

Beloved, the Word of God clearly teaches us the importance of obedience. Disobedience is a root cause of many problems in our lives and hinders the blessings God desires to pour upon us. It opens the door to the enemy and prevents us from walking in God’s perfect will. Today, we must examine our hearts and root out every seed of rebellion and stubbornness. Let us choose to walk in obedience to God’s commands, for it is in obedience that we find true peace, joy, and divine favor.

Confession:

Heavenly Father, we come before you acknowledging our shortcomings and the times we have fallen short of your glory through acts of disobedience. We confess the times we have been stubborn, rebellious, and unwilling to submit to your will and your Word. We have allowed our own desires and opinions to take precedence over your divine instructions. Forgive us, Lord, for every act of disobedience, both known and unknown. Cleanse us from the defilement it has brought into our lives. We repent of our disobedience and ask for your grace to walk in obedience from this day forward. Help us to have a heart that is sensitive to your voice and quick to obey your commands.
