Exhortation:

Confession:

We have allowed pride and self-will to cloud our judgment and lead us to dishonor those you have placed in positions of authority or those deserving of our respect. Forgive us, Lord, for every act of disrespect, both intentional and unintentional. Cleanse our hearts and minds from any root of arrogance or rebellion that fuels this spirit. We repent and turn away from these attitudes and actions. Help us to cultivate a heart of humility and honor, reflecting your character in all our interactions.
