Beloved, I want to encourage you today that despite the pain and sorrow you may be experiencing, God sees you, He knows your heart, and He has promised never to leave nor forsake you. Psalm 68:5 calls God “a father to the fatherless, a defender of widows.” In every season of life, especially in seasons of loss, God’s love and grace abound toward you. He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Though the journey may seem hard, know that God is a restorer, and He has a purpose for your life. He will comfort you, heal your broken heart, and give you beauty for ashes (Isaiah 61:3). Trust in His perfect timing, for He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Your story is not over, and you are not forgotten.
