Exhortation:

Beloved, it is God’s will for you to walk in divine health and strength. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and it is God’s desire that we live in perfect balance and harmony, both physically and spiritually. As you seek divine balance, remember that the Lord is the healer, the restorer, and the sustainer of your life. When your body operates in divine harmony, every system, organ, and function aligns with God’s perfect design for you. Today, we declare that all areas of your body will experience the touch of God’s healing power, restoring you to full health, strength, and vitality in the mighty name of Jesus.

• I lift my voice to worship You, my Healer, my Restorer.
• You are the Lord who brings balance to my life.
• Your healing power flows through my veins, bringing life and peace.
• I worship You, my Deliverer, for restoring my body to perfect health.
• Your word brings life to my body and renews my spirit.
• I exalt You, for You alone can give perfect balance and harmony to my being.

Confession:

In the name of Jesus, I declare that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and every part of me is divinely aligned with God’s will for health and wellness. I speak life and healing into every cell, every organ, and every system in my body. I rebuke any imbalance, disorder, or sickness that seeks to hinder my health. I declare that I walk in divine health, strength, and vitality. By the stripes of Jesus, I am healed, and my body is balanced and restored in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen!
